Reformer basics

Built for beginners, our Basics class is designed to help you build confidence, control and a deep understanding of the Reformer. You’ll focus on proper technique, alignment and core connection, learning how to move with precision and ease.

Designed for those new or returning to Pilates, expect a supportive pace and plenty of hands-on guidance. 

If you have been to Reformer classes before, please book in for our Signature Reformer Pilates classes. 

Signature Reformer

This class focuses on dynamic, flowing movements that build core stability, improve postural alignment, and enhance overall muscular endurance.

Clients will be guided through layered options to challenge themselves at their own pace, allowing you to work at an appropriate intensity while maintaining optimal form.

This class is ideal for clients looking to deepen their practice, improve overall strength, or add variety to their existing training routine.

Please note: This class is not suitable for beginners. We recommend that you attend at least one of our Reformer Basics class if you have never tried Reformer Pilates before. Some experience is essential to participate safely and effectively.

STRENGTH REFORMER

Strength Reformer is an energising full-body Pilates class designed to build muscle and improve overall functional strength. With the option to use heavier spring resistance, hand weights and controlled, purposeful movements, this class challenges you to move with precision while maintaining proper alignment and core engagement.

Expect upbeat music, longer holds, and strength-focused sequences for the legs, glutes, arms, and core. You’ll develop stability, balance, and muscular endurance while still emphasising breath and mindful movement.

Ideal for those looking to feel stronger and more confident, Strength Reformer is suitable for experienced beginners through advanced practitioners, with plenty of options to make things lighter or spicier depending on how you’re feeling that day!

STRETCH & RESET REFORMER

This Reformer class is a gentle session designed to help you move with ease, breathe with intention, and let go of built-up tension. Using controlled, supportive reformer sequences, this class blends guided breath work, mobility drills, and mindful stretching to create space in the body and calm in the mind.

Perfect for beginners, pre/postnatal clients, and anyone experiencing tightness or recovering from minor injuries, this class offers a safe environment to reconnect with your body, enhance functional movement, and reset.
