T&Cs - I understand that participating in Reformer Pilates at The Core Studio involves physical activity and carries some risk of injury. By booking in, I confirm that I am in good health and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before participating. I accept full responsibility for my safety and agree to follow all instructions to minimise risk. I acknowledge that The Core Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages sustained during my participation. We understand that plans can change, but to ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the smooth running of our classes, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice – Your session credit will be returned to your account for future use, no refunds will be given. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time – The session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. No-shows – If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, you will lose your session credit or payment. No refunds will be given for any purchases made. By purchasing and booking in, you agree to these polices.
